Meredith Galipault || Owner & Designer
As a young girl Meredith has been a lover of anything crafty or creative. From face painting, ceramics, canvas painting, styling hair to DIY projects Meredith digs it. Though she went to school at Hope International University for a degree in Youth + Family Ministry, she has dipped her toes in many creative arenas. It wasn't until she signed up for an internship to design jewelry overseas that she began to imagine doing something creative as a job. While Meredith was living in India she worked with International Sanctuary (working with survivors of modern day slavery) and designing collections for their jewelry line Purpose Jewelry. Upon arriving home for this incredible and challenging year in India, her passion for jewelry design only grew.
Meredith not only Owns/Designs for Wildflower Roots but she works for a cute little shop in downtown Fullerton called Share & Do Good and occasionally face paints at events on the weekends. She lives at home with her supportive family and works her jewelry magic in the garage (because you have to start somewhere). But it’s through this support and risk that Wildflower Roots has become what it is today.
Meredith loves drinking coffee, going on walks with her studly man (who helps us with our tools + supply needs) & pup, traveling the world, watching her favorite shows on Netflix like Friends, Friday Night Lights & the most recent Fuller House. As the Owner/Designer of Wildflower Roots, Meredith not only makes the jewelry but heads up our social media, branding, networking & more. Collaborating is her favorite part of running Wildflower Roots and getting to meet/involve so many talented people in the process. Choosing a favorite is hard but she wears her Wanderer necklace and Golden Bar necklace on the regular.
